Basketball Medal

I order at least once each year from Jones and have always had a good experience. The speed of order completion and delivery is consistently good. My most recent order was for 2" basketball medals. In this order, they mistakenly engraved 1.25" medals instead of the 2" that were ordered. When the mistake was caught, they chose to forward both sizes to me and only charge for the one ordered. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The medals were amazing. For the price they were even more amazing. I wish I would have got the message engraved on the back instead of the cheaper/faster personalization, but I didn't plan enough ahead for the extra time it takes. They were shipped the next day and I received them within 2 or 3 days (I live in West Michigan). I highly recommend this product and I will definitely use them again!

The 2 inch paw medals were beautiful! The weight, color and detail of design spoke to the quality. I'm so glad I found Jones it made giving my students incentives for their effort affordable. I also love the unique choices, exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Jones School Supply!

Medal Review

The medals were great! We had an awards ceremony with an "Olympics" theme and students received gold, silver and bronze medals for achievement, attitude and attendance. We had the rings and a large flame (made out of paper)and a student ran in with a paper torch to symbolize the olympics opening ceremony.

A few years ago I began to augment our traditional trophies with Medals and Wide Neck Ribbons. We found that our young athletes liked the Medals much more than the trophies! The feedback has been tremendous, so much so that next season we're going with just the Medals and ribbons. The kids will love them! And the cost is fully HALF of what we [used to] pay for trophies. This is a great product at an incredibly reasonable price!

Don't Even Bother

These medals do not even come with the lanyard...why on earth would I want a medal without a lanyard...so my students can hang them on their fingers?? Additionally the website that displays them does not say "this product does NOT come with lanyard" or "click here for lanyard." There is no indication that it is sold separately. Then when I called the company to inquire about it, this very rude lady sarcastically answered me. Now I know how this company makes their money....fraud because they are the only ones that sell the lanyard separately and so you think that your getting a better deal but in reality the price of the medal plus the lanyard is more expensive then any other company!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the medals I ordered. Since the price was so reasonable, I fully expected them to look and feel "cheap," but they are far from it. We have not yet awarded the medals, but I am certain that the students will love them!

Don't be fooled by the pictures, the medals are much better than they appear in the catalog. My colleagues were impressed with the quality and the price is the best you will find. My students were very proud of their awards because they looked so good. Shipping was very reasonable and fast.
