We have used Jones for years and have been very pleased. Many of the wide orange ribbons we received have streaks in the fabric, and one had a hole in it. I will call to see if we can return the defective ones and get new ones in time for our program. Also, the certificates we ordered were for the incorrect award, but that may have been due to the on-line order. It is too late to have those re-ordered, and you have offered to reprint them, but we are going to pay for them and give them to our attendance office for her use. This it the first time we have had problems with the quality of your product.

For the first time, we were able to have ribbons with our school colors, maroon and gold. The students loved it!

When I received my shipment I noticed that the stitching on my ribbon was coming apart. This is the area where the ribbon connects in the middle where the metal is to be clamped. I wish the stitching could have been stronger or that the ribbon itself could have been a lot thicker. There is no way that I could have worn it around my neck for Graduation because it was last minute and I didn't have the gold thread to sew it myself.

These ribbons were very elegant & made our medals look great. I think the wider neck ribbons work great with medals over 1.5 inches in size.
