The honor cords are well-made. The gold color is not what I expected. It is closer to bright yellow, then gold.

I placed an order for several of the silver cords because when the high school shipped cords out to students some were lost in shipment. So when I placed my order through this company I needed them ASAP, which I wasn’t sure my order would arrive on time, as I needed them in literally 2 days. However, when ordering Jones Awards has a date needed spot so I put my date in there, and they were absolutely amazing getting them shipped out almost immediately after I placed my order. They as well as rushed the shipping so the my order arrived the very next day! I can definitely say customer service is A+++! As far as the cords themselves unfortunately all the ones I ordered each had an issue and each were different. The tassels were uneven on all of them, some strings were frayed, there were some very short strings that stuck out, short strings on the outside as well as inside of tassel that were noticeable, and all of them were different lengths. I had lengths ranging of 63”, 63-1/2, 64”, 65”, and 67” inches. To try and salvage the tassels I ended up cutting the tassel parts evenly, I cut the shorter string pieces as short as I could to hide them, and I ended up taking two cords that were the closest in lengths and knotting them together to make double honor cords and used them as “special awards”. I sadly ended up ordering more cords from another company to replace what these cords were originally intended for and by doing so ended up paying a ton of money to have them shipped over night so that I had individual cords in time for what the order from this company was meant. I will say after I did the cutting and then doubling them together they looked very nice as the silver is a beautiful silver and the string used to make them is a lovely thread that has a nice sheen to them. Just wish they didn’t have the issues they did upon arrival and that I didn’t have to alter them, as well as then have to turn around and buy more.

I purchased 33 of these cords on behalf of the band mom's as a graduation gift for a goodie bag they never got to receive because school was closed and they didn't have a chance to get it. It was a beautiful purple and complimented their cap and gown. We delivered each bag with the cord among other things door to door to every student. THEY ALL LOVED the cord!! We have seen many of them proudly wear it when they have posted pictures. The delivery was super quick and the price was fair.
