They were perfect for our needs. We were having a pledge ceremony for 8th graders. We wanted something that had the cap, but didn't have the word graduation on it.

Quality but small

I'm an experienced science fair chairperson for K-3 and 4-5 grades. We're trying to move away from medals for 4-5th since we're implementing a pin and lanyard birthday program at school. The medals and ribbons also take extra time to put together. These paw print pins are beautiful and good quality. The gold metal is bright and shiny and the blue and black enamel work is solid. The only complaint is that the pins are quite small - less than an inch square which is listed in the description. If the pins were 1 - 1.5" that would be ideal. Still a good value for the price.
