Nice box! I wish though it was a little deeper as the ribbon on the medal cannot fit in the back along with the medal and the spongy material. It was meant for only the medal or a short, small ribbon. Not a long neck ribbon.

For the second year in a row, I received a medal box that was cracked. For the second year in a row, I sent an email requesting a new box be sent in time for our awards assembly, and for the second year in a row, I got no response. Clearly a new method of packing these fragile plastic boxes should be developed. I unwrapped their bubble packaging to find a giant crack running the entire way across the clear plastic top. It was a lovely impression to use to celebrate my senior student's success.

I have been happy with everything I've ordered from Jones. Unfortunately, several of the boxes that I ordered to go with the medals arrived cracked or broken. Since I only ordered enough to go with the medals, it meant a few folks received their medals in the cracked or broken boxes. Was not happy about that. :o(

One of the two boxes I ordered was cracked. By the time we received the order, we didn't have time to send it back and get another. I tried to call about it and was put on hold endlessly and eventually hung up. One of our students ended up receiving his medal in a cracked case because we were not able to get it resolved. More careful packaging should be used when shipping fragile items.

The cases were fine for what I needed them for except for the ones that were broken. It's too bad that I have to buy extras because I know a few will be broken.

Company leaves something to be desired. Although the items arrived within a timely fashion, several of the cases were cracked upon arrival! Not a happy camper.
