I was disappointed in the fact that more than 50 of the certificates were bent/crushed in one corner. Due to time sensitivity, I didn't have the luxury of returning them. However, I had wondered, if shipping procedures are to have certificates loosely placed into a box and shipped, could I anticipate others being bent/crushed, as well? The actual certificate was fine. My issue lies in shipping. However, there was no "general" option to address this, so I did so under the specific product that was damaged.

These certificates are very professional looking! I followed the instructions to fill in all the blanks with my computer, and voila! Out comes a professionally printed award certificate to present to my 8th grade band students at the Spring Concert.
