I thought the product was nice but I thought there would be a medal name plate on the trophy. Instead it was a gold paper sticker. I was a little disappointed in that. I have ordered from Jones every year and this is the first time I was not really pleased with the product. If the name plates have been paper in the past, I never noticed it. This will not stop me from ordering in the future but I will pay close attend to product details.

Quality Inexpensive Trophy

We have been purchasing this trophy for a number of years for our literacy program and are so pleased with it. Children and parents both love it. Parents often comment that it looks like a much more expensive trophy. With a wide choice of Mylar medallions and personalization, I think this would be a great choice for so many programs.

Quality suffering!

I have ordered from Jones for several years. I was very disappointed this year in the quality of this item as well as certificates I received. I have NEVER had to call and have them replace items because of defects. After receiving this and calling once about the "engraved" sticker being put on wrong(it wasn't aligned at all and part of it was above the area for the sticker) I finally gave up and didn't even call back about the fact that the blue flame was scratched off. Please go back to the quality you had before - if not I will look somewhere else for my awards needs!
