Jones Awards is an amazing company in which to order. It was quick, easy and affordable to order all of our honor cord graduation needs from their website. We had one issue with a tassel falling off a couple of our cords which always happens no matter where you order. We called Jones Customer Service and they very quickly replaced the product. We will continue to use Jones Awards for our graduation needs!

I tried to save some money this year and I won't make the same mistake again. The tassels fell off the ends of the cords, sometimes within minutes of giving it to the students. The same was true of the gold cords, but not the silver ones. There wasn't enough time to reorder/return, so we just explained to the students that cheaper isn't always better. The only reason for two stars is their prompt delivery. This was my first and will be my last order with this company
