I bought these pencils last year, too! The students love the bright colors! Some of the ones this year are made of wood that my sharpener has difficulty with. One thing I can say is that if a student "accidentally" leaves my room with one, it is soon returned. I love the pencils!

wrong item/ poor customer service

I ordered 500 A Honor Roll pencils and 500 AB Honor Roll pencils. I received 1000 A Honor Roll pencils but when I called about the error, I was told that your company doesn't make mistakes so I must have ordered wrong. I then placed another order for 500 AB Honor Roll Pencils and 500 Perfect Attendance Pencils. I received 500 Perfect Attendance pencils, 432 AB Honor Roll Pencils and 68 A Honor Roll pencils. I had to make another call to customer service. They shipped me the additional 68 AB Honor roll pencils but your customer service rep wasn't very friendly! I will be looking for another company to order our pencils from in the future!
