The style and price should be a winner for those - respectively - receiving an award and purchasing medals. The uniqueness actually goes beyond a tie-in to a school mascot -- the design could have an achievement angle for a road race or other activities, along with fantasy sports and academics.

I've bought the paw medals for 6 years for our preK family celebration night. All twenty children graduate. They either graduate to kindergarten or to the position of senior preK. Our children are 3, 4, and 5 so some are there two years. The children and their families love them and they are reasonably priced! They're heavy metal and have exceeded my expectations every time! Hoping they don't become new and improved!

We've purchased several medals from this company and have completely loved them. This one however came with chipped blue paint all over the medals. You could see the color of the original medal underneath. I mistakenly thought these were all blue, not just painted over the top. Maybe they didn't get dried enough. I don't know...but we had to return them. The company was super good as taking the return though. So that was nice.
