This year's shipment did not include having the plaques individually wrapped in brown paper. As a result, about 10% of the plaques had either dents in the "wood" or scratches on the engraving plates.

The plaque is very nice quality for the price. You would pay over double from an awards store in your area for the same thing. The only complaint is that you have very limited characters available for the engraving.
