I have ordered these same awards each year for about 5 years. This year the awards were packed differently and some of the black bases were scuffed up. I have had very good luck in the past with the quality. This year I was a little disappointed to have this happen. I will order again and see how they look next year.

The shipping was very quick. The packaging was very secure. The engraving was correct. The bases were scuffed but not as bad as last year (we had to send those back). The clear acrylic parts of the awards were smudged with hand prints. In general, they were okay, but not fabulous.

First, I would like to say the overall product for our event was nice. I received compliments on them. Now, the trophies arrived dirty and smudged. Some of the bases were scratched and chipped. Also, some of the glass frames were a few scratches.

I have been using Jones Awards for almost 10 years now and the vision award is one of my favorite trophies. The engraving is always done perfectly and the ship time is exceptional. The trophy itself is very well made for the price and the kids love them. When placing your order you have to choose a ship date which is generally a week or more out. However, my last order of 6 trophies was shipped same day I placed the order and received it 2 days later.

The original shipment had a damaged trophy in it. Customer service was helpful in getting a new one ordered promptly however, they sent it with the wrong decal on it. When I called to ask for a second replacement, the customer service was VERY poor. I was on the phone for 4:25 and never received an apology. Had to ask for a manager to make sure I was going to have the trophy on time and that it was correct.

The spelling and icon were all correct. Shipping was fast! They were a few small imperfections in the acrylic.

These trophies look great! My favorite part is the care put into the engraving. I thought I wasn't going to be able to fit all of the desired information on this piece, but Jones made it happen! I ordered this last year and it was decent, but this year there is some lint stuck in the plastic that can not be removed. Disappointed

Senior Award

I liked these awards. The previous band director had ordered them in the past for his seniors so I stuck with that. They look a little more classy than some of the other awards here. And that is not a bad thing! Many awards are geared towards younger students in elem. or middle school. But I felt this was the best one for students who are 18 years old and graduating from high school. My only complaint is that 1 out of 10 that I ordered was not secured to the base well enough. I'm waiting to see if that student asks to exchange it. Other than that, I like the trophies and would order again.
