The medals are of good quality. However, packaging was poorly done. There was only one clear tape across the top of the box (#20). The sides and the bottom of the box were split open and items could have fallen out. It was heavy with 59 medals and some ribbons, and one plastic bag that contained the medals had a hole with the medals falling out into the box. There wasn't any padding for the items either. This poor packaging had happened to me before where the box was half-opened. Please feedback to your packaging department.

Excellent product, reasonably priced, outstanding service. We've used this product to reward 2nd graders for good behavior and have seen remarkable results in just one week.

Loved the Superstar Medals. They feel heavy and expensive even though they weren't. The design is great and the gold color is more true than on the value medals. Would definitely buy again.
