Poor Quality Control

Sorry, to reports that JONES School Supply Company Inc. has very poor quality control. I ordered 4 Honor Graduate Medals with engraving for my school's graduation ceremony. I paid a little extra for 2 day shipping. When I received the medals, all the engraving on the back was done crooked and off center. It was just not a little cooked, but a lot. I find it hard to believe that whatever employee who did the engraving would allow such poor engraving be sent out. So I call the JONES the next morning, they were very nice and apologetic for the error. They agreed to send me another set of medals with rush shipping at no cost to me. JONES also said they would sent me some awards ribbon stickers because of the error. I received the second package on time. The package contained the awards stickers, but NO medals. Whoever processed my second order from JONES forgot to place my medals in the package. So if you are keeping score, the first order JONES screwed up the engraving and second order they forgot to send me the actual medals. So I called JONES a third time about not getting my medals. Again, the JONES person on the phone was very nice and apologetic about the error. At my insistence, JONES agreed to send a third package (with the medals actually inside) overnight shipping. The next day I did receive the package ..... they medals were actually in the package and the engraving was perfect. So in the end, I got what I wanted, but it just took three times. Though I have to seriously question JONES' quality and control check of their products they send out to customers.
