The medals themselves are really nice, but they were packaged in a zip lock type bag and shipped in a box, which allowed them to be scratched beyond belief. When I tried to reorder I was treated as if it was my fault and they were re-sent free of charge and shipped exactly the same again. I was told that that these are how they are shipped and there was nothing that could be done.

My entire order from Jones was excellent and delivered in an unbelievable amount of time. I ordered one day and my package arrived within 48 hours. My second order came in just over 24 hours!
