The clips are improperly designed. They need to rotate 90 degrees so that the medal hangs properly. Also, part of the order was missing and I was told that if I wanted the missing part of the order I would have to pay shipping charges. This did not make a happy camper. The above rating of 2 is mostly based on this service.

This is the second year I've ordered these ribbons. They work very nice with the medals I purchased from your company. I do wish I could get them in the paw print in just red and white since these are our school colors.

Coloring Issues

I ordered the gold colored necklaces. The constructions seems ok and they are a sound product, but the coloring was not as I expected. It looks like a yellow fabric with metallic strings woven in when I was expecting it to look completely metallic. It's not a huge deal for my purposes, but it's worth mentioning in case you want pure metallic fabric. They look really nice from a distance, it's just up close that they look a little...off.

Had to purchase over 230 of these ribbons so they're good quality for the price. I have been purchasing these for over 4 years, though they used to have a year printed on them. Be sure to order some overage as usually a few will come with defective hooks. Overall, these are the ribbons I look to purchase every year when I need them. Best price and the students love them!
