Purple/white ribbons

We originally ordered the purple/white ribbons and were quite disappointed to find that the purple "bled" onto the white, causing the white to turn a pale shade of pink. I would rate this product poorly. HOWEVER, when I called the company, they were immediately apoloegetic, sent a call tag for the original order and issued a new shipment of solid purple ribbons, which we received in just a few more days. They were perfect and all ended well.

Order these every year and they are great. If I could be super critical I would like the option of ordering silver clasps to match the silver medals or at least a package of silver clips separately to I could change them out.

This is the first time I bought these. I bought the ribbons separately so I am not sure how they will look together, but this was the only size ribbon with 1st, 2nd, 3rd on it.

I was really pleased with the product and the quick shipping time. The site was easy to order from. However, I faxed the purchase order as instructed and 2 weeks later when my shipment had not arrived I was told by customer service that they did not receive my order. Had I not checked up on the status of our order I would have nothing to honor my student's with.

These ribbons are a great value for the price. They are easy to attach to the medals, and they lay flat on the recipients. They are vibrant in color, and are quite sturdy.
